Getting your custom sports uniforms from Velto Sports is simple. Follow the steps below to begin your order. If you have any questions, contact our team and we’ll guide you through the process.
Step 1: Choose Your Style & Request a Design
Browse our sports uniform categories and select the style you’re interested in. Send us your design idea, team name, colors, logo, and any other requirements.
Our design team will prepare a free digital mockup based on your specifications.
Once you approve the final design, send us your team roster including:
- Player names, if required
- Jersey numbers
- Uniform sizes
- Quantity required
- Shipping details
- Required delivery date
Step 2: Confirm Your Order & Payment
After receiving your complete order details, we will prepare and send you an invoice.
Please review the invoice carefully and confirm all details before making payment.
Available payment methods may include:
- Credit / Debit Card
- Bank Wire Transfer
- Western Union
- Other agreed payment methods
Once payment is confirmed, your order will move to the final confirmation stage.
Step 3: Final Approval & Production
Before production begins, we will send you the complete Order Details for final approval.

- Quantities
- Shipping information
Once you approve the order details, production will begin. Changes after final approval may not always be possible, so we recommend checking everything carefully.
Production & Shipping
After production and quality inspection are completed, your order will be prepared for shipment.
Once dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you so you can follow your delivery.
Custom Sample Option
Need to check the quality before placing a bulk order?
You can request a customized sample before full production. Depending on the agreed order terms, the sample cost may be adjusted against your future bulk order.
